We make every effort to fulfil every order as quickly as possible once it passes the usual quality checks. We email all customers with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Normally, you will receive your garment within 1-2 weeks after it has been shipped. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Orders will be shipped via DHL. Order will typically take up to 3-5 weeks from the date the order was made.

Before your order has shipped:
To update your address before your package ships, please contact info@thewakilishacollection.com immediately.
After your order has shipped:
If your order is already in transit, you can update your delivery address by using DHL’s On-Demand Delivery (ODD) or by emailing Thewakilishacollection.com with your DHL tracking number. Once your order ships, DHL can only reroute within the same country.
Be sure to include any relevant unit numbers, floor numbers, company names, and buzzer numbers to aid in a successful delivery.
*Additional shipping charges and duty/customs may apply for addresses outside of the USA,
Canada, or Australia; which shall be the sole responsibility of the customer, as the importer of
record.
Depending on what country your order ships to, you may be required to pay additional taxes based on the taxation requirements of the destination.

Our delivery method with DHL is the fastest available*. We aim to ship your order in approximately 3-5 weeks.
It will then be delivered to you within 7-10 business days from the date it was marked as shipped. Please allow for extra shipping time if your order is shipping to a remote location.
Due to ongoing impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, all couriers are experiencing a significant increase in volume, which may result in potential transit delays. Please keep this in mind when ordering for an event.

If your order is shipping outside of Canada, the United States, or Australia, you are responsible for paying all duties and taxes incurred, and for providing your country’s customs agency with any required paperwork. The Wakilisha Collection is unable to assist you with the process.
We can, however, provide you with any receipts that may be required to help get your order through customs.
The Wakilisha Collection is unable to provide you with the exact amount of duties owing as this amount can change at any time without notice. If you would like to know an estimate of duties owing, please reach out to your local government customs agency and they will be able to advise you on the duties and taxes you will be charged importing goods from Kenya.
