It typically takes about 3-5 weeks depending on your location. Because we are making your suits from scratch, the process takes some time in order to provide you with the perfect fit.



Yes, in our next collection we intend to include a line of women’s suits and other garments.

In some instances, and for some special occasions, we are able to provide return customers the opportunity to order their own unique print at an additional cost. Please contact info@thewakilishacollection.com with the subject line: “Bespoke Special Order” and let us know what special occasion the suit is required for and we will determine if you are eligible.

Absolutely! During the order process, and as you provide your measurements, indicate the name or initials you would like to Monogram on your suit and it will be included inside the blazer pocket. This is done at no extra charge to you.

In some instances, you may be eligible to receive an alteration credit, assuming you provided accurate measurements and your body measurements did not change during the order period. Please take a look at our Alterations Policy for further details.

Unfortunately, we do not. The suits are bespoke and the material, which is limited, is used and tailored specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept exchanges or provide refunds. Please look at our Refund Policy for more details.

After your order has shipped: 
If your order is already in transit, you can update your delivery address by using DHL’s On-Demand Delivery (ODD) or by emailing Thewakilishacollection.com with your DHL tracking number. Once your order ships, DHL can only reroute within the same country.

Be sure to include any relevant unit numbers, floor numbers, company names, and buzzer numbers to aid in a successful delivery.

Our delivery method with DHL is the fastest available. We aim to ship your order in approximately 3-5 weeks. It will then be delivered to you within 7-10 business days from the date it was marked as shipped. Please allow for extra shipping time if your order is shipping to a remote location.

Due to ongoing impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, all couriers are experiencing a significant increase in volume, which may result in potential transit delays. Please keep this in mind when ordering for an event.

If your order is shipping outside of Canada, the United States, or Australia you are responsible for paying all duties and taxes incurred, and for providing your country’s customs agency with any required paperwork. The Wakilisha Collection is unable to assist you with the process. We can, however, provide you with any receipts that may be required to help get your order through customs.

 

The Wakilisha Collection is unable to provide you with the exact amount of duties owing as this amount can change at any time without notice. If you would like to know an estimate of duties owing, please reach out to your local government customs agency and they will be able to advise you on the duties and taxes you will be charged importing goods from Kenya.

Our prints are incredibly fast moving and are not always available year round. It’s important to monitor whether the prints are in stock or out of stock. Please note that, in some few instances, an order for a garment for a print that was marked as in stock may end up being unavailable due to unforeseen sourcing circumstances. In such instances, we will contact you directly to choose another print.

This means that the print is either sold out or is temporarily unavailable due to sourcing complications caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. We endeavor to restock prints as quickly as possible to offer our consumers more choice. Please note that we often change what prints are available on our site seasonally as well.
